- overall
- light footprint and flexibility - easy to rearrange furniture, walls to some extent, and even move the entire building without extraordinary difficulty
- as little materials/stuff as possible, largely
- kitchen/bathroom
- all sinks should have foot pedals for pressure, and ideally also temperature
- bathroom
- urinals, if they exist (should they?) should have foot pedals
- lighting
- natural light as much as possible (oriented so windows face max sun, etc.)
